Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

Can someone please help me out with this. Our confirmation notification email failed to send to our customer. We are using shopify's automatic confirmation email in admin/settings/notifications but we are also using zoho as our email host provider. We've checked other threads regarding this issue but seems like the error message we got in zoho is different from the rest.
