Undelivered e-Mail Returned to Sender

Hi Shopify Gurus!

I received this undeliverable message and contacted GoDaddy (my hosting provider) and they tell me that it was flagged my shopify? They don't have a spam filter that would flag this and there is no way to whitelist the shopify email address with them.  Other customer emails seem to be working.


1. How do I fix?

2. If it's an anomaly with just one customer, is there a work-around to send confirmation emails out?
