I received an email about getting a complementary extension of 14 more days to build my store for free. But when I click on the link I get the following message: "Unfortunately, you are not eligible for a trial extension."

Cal here from Shopify, thanks for reaching out to us. I'd be happy to look into this with you, what is your MyShopify URL for the store?
If there has already been an invoice issued for the store, you will be ineligible for any further trial time, but I'll investigate as soon as I have the URL.
How is the store setup going? Have you encountered any hurdles getting started?

Hi @TheEyeRebel, if you have been invoiced for a subscription plan, then you are ineligible for any trial extensions. Extensions can only be issued on accounts that are not yet on an active subscription plan.
Will I still look into this account, or have you been issued an invoice for subscription already?
Hi, I believe it happened simultaneously. During the trial period I entered my card payment details. So when the my trial was up i believe the system automatically sent me the trial extension email plus charged me simultaneously. It looks like I would have been better off not entering my card payment details until the 14 day trial period was up.
