Updating the Context theme

Hello

I just got this notification after I tried to upload a video. Turns out you need to update the theme first before you can upload it. The instructions linked are very complicated to me and I don't want to do any changes on the code, event though I'm using a backup copy of the Context Theme.

Could someone please assist me with this? Thank you very much.

Was the code modified in any way? A theme update will require some reworks if customization has been done.
