Was prompted to verify identity using passport. Everytime I upload the passport it says the names do not match. But they do!
I have cleared cache etc and the image was clear enough to see the names match. Now my payments are on hold.

I'm sorry to hear that. I'd like to reach out to our Accounts team on your behalf, they would have an internal view of your settings and would hopefully be able to see if there is an issue. It may even be something small like a typo in your name when it was initially entered when setting up your Shopify Payments account. We'll find out for sure so we can resolve this!
