After emailing this company over 100 times, I finally received my order. Then I realized that some of the discs were defective and needed to be replaced.  The website states:

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 2251 N RAMPART BLVD , 316, LAS VEGAS NV 89128, United States.

So I sent them an email and sent the defective discs to the address provided.  This was almost a month ago.  No word at all from these guys.  I've sent over 25 emails to them without a response.  How is there no accountability for these vendors?  They have no problem taking your money, and after that you're screwed.

I'll probably never use shopify again, and definitely will never recommend it to anyone I know.
