Hello!
I am experiencing the "address can not be verified" issue that lots of people seem to have found. It is not a PO Box and is a physical location. It exists in Google Maps AND in the USPS database. I actually tried to use the exact thing that USPS outputs here: https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm?byaddress
but that still did not work. I also tried the all caps idea that some people have had success with. I'm not really sure where to go next. I believe this is impeeding me from setting up local delivery but that is secondary.
