Thank you for reaching out regarding this. When you cancel your store you do not automatically get a refund, however, if you contact support they can look into getting a refund for you. When it comes to refund requests it is best to reach out to Shopify Support directly as we do need to authenticate you as the owner of the account in order to take a look at your account and issue a refund. I will be reaching out to you directly via email to authenticate you as the owner of the account. I will need you to respond to my email so that I can process this refund and ensure you do not get billed again. Please log in to your account and close it as per this guide in order for me to be able to give you a refund.
