Good day! Can someone tell me what's going on in shopify live chat? It seeems that I cannot type message on their message box, Is there someone experience the same thing like me????

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble connecting with our Support. I suspect that the issue you're seeing is a local ended issue with your browser. Could you try the following?

1. Clear cache/cookies, restart the browser and try again
2. Use Google Chrome Incognito mode
3. Try a different browser
