Hello Shopify,

Please would you be so kind to send me an email what the reason is of of note "Your Shopify Payments account is on hold" I see in the backend of my store?

When this message appeared in the admin, were you asked to submit documents such as your ID or billing address for verification purposes? If so and if you've already submitted those documents, then our Shopify Payments team will review everything in full and get back to you as soon as possible.
