I work for a store that has the Resource-based limitation of adding only 1000 variants per day. It can be a hassle, but we get by.
Here is my Issue: I am in North America on Central time, and I haven't added any new products since yesterday (Mid afternoon, around 2 PM CDT), but I still cannot add new items today (10:24 AM CDT).
What time does that "day" begin?
Its already past midnight at UTC and it's already tomorrow at the International Date Line. (queue the Rebecca Black tune)
I just want to add some rugs...help!

I waited until 4 pm CDT on Wednesday, and I was able to resume adding new items.
I did make attempts to upload variants from 10:24 AM to 2:14 PM, but I was waylaid by other tasks until 4. I cannot say, definitively, whether the API "Day" resets at 3 or 4 PM CDT (20:00 or 21:00 UTC).
It is likely that I added the 1000 new variants on Tuesday early in the cycle's timeline. However, to verify this time frame, I'd need to experiment.
