Who else has had their website down because of complications with Shopify’s auto-renewal?

Website down for weeks!

It seems to me that Shopify ignore customers who have just the domain registration with them and put all their effort on customers who have the Shop subscription because that’s where Shopify  gets the most money. This is terrible as service. 

Shopify needs to do something about this, take responsibility and stop causing our websites to crush. 

Please let me know if you’ve had similar issues with Shopify. Also comment if there’s been a fault by Shopify’s system but Shopify refuse to take responsibility for it.
