I'm having trouble viewing my website, when I click, it shows this message after 8 seconds. Why is this happening all of sudden? Please help !!

Welcome to Shopify Community. My name is Olivia and I work here.

I had a look over your store (it's super chic & trendy!) and I ran into the same issue as you. It looks like you might be using a Shopify theme that has been heavily customized, either via custom code or through additional apps. You can help narrow down the issue by:

  1. Head to Admin > Online Store > Themes
  2. Install a fresh copy of your theme 
  3. Publish the new copy
  4. Test to see if the error is replicated on the fresh theme


I trust that will work, but don't hesitate to connect with me if the issue persists on an unedited copy of your theme.

I have exactly the same problem but. a copy does not helped me.

You didn't mention which theme you are using, but are you testing against an unedited Shopify-developed theme from our Theme Store? Furthermore, if you'd like to share some more information with me I'd be happy to help you troubleshooting.

Please provide the following:

  • your website address
  • screenshots of what you see
  • theme and theme version you were originally using
  • theme and theme version you are testing against
  • any apps installed on your store

That can help us narrow down anything else that might be going on.
