Everytime I login to chat with someone, I'm unable to select my store. The professionalism of this customer support is VERY AGGRIVATING! I can't even receive my money! Can someone from Shopify contact me ASAP.
Been using Shopify for 4 years. Up until recently getting a hold of support was easy. Phone number was prominently listed on their website and wait times were less than 10 min. Now it's hard to get ahold of them and the people "helping" you are clueless. I'm assuming they now outsource their "help" center.
