I have to agree with the above concerns. We're fairly new but when we first started there were numerous ways to contact support. I've tried all day. I followed the direction to the letter. For one thing, there is no purple button to chat or anything else. I sent an email to support and received a standard reply that they aren't replying to support emails anymore.
Please help. We're working really hard to enter products into our store and surely don't want to have to scrap it at this point.
