Why does PayPal send a confirmation to customers including my personal email address that I used for the shopify account?

I just set up a store and tested the ordering process. When I finished the order, I got a confirmation email from PayPal (as the customer), that the sum was transferred to not my company name, but to the email address I used to set up shopify with (which includes my real name). Do you know how to change it so when customers receive a PayPal confirmation email it says that the amount has been transferred to just my business name?

Sounds like it's on the PayPal side, and you connected your personal account to Shopify.

I would create a separate PayPal account for your business, then update your Shopify PayPal checkout settings to point to the business account.
