I purchased a Workout Hoop from workouthoop.com 20 days ago and have emailed the company a few times now and have not gotten a response. My order is #1019 and I just want to know when my order will be shipped. I feel as though I am being scammed. I am reaching out to you because Workout Hoops says their store is hosted my Shopify in their Terms of Service. In all, I just want to make sure that my order is being cared for.

I noticed that the store you mentioned also has a phone number listed in the footer of their website (in the bottom left-hand corner), so I recommend trying to call them. It might also be worth replying to the order confirmation email, as it might be a different email address than the one they list on their website.
