Hello, my name is Micah and I’m having trouble with my payouts.
I’m trying to change my bank account information because my payments is saying failed. I believe when setting up the account. I entered the wrong information. But when I try to change the information. It won’t let me because I need the old account info. But i don’t know the error I entered.
please help me!!! I posted this same question before and a lady responded but when i replied back she never responded again.
I really need help. I have money on my payout and in getting frustrated.

For anyone still looking to update the bank account for Shopify Payments, I posted a response to @kluceros's question in this thread. As a security measure, you will need to verify the old account information in order to change the bank account on file. If there was a typo, however, Shopify Support can put you in touch with the Account Integrity team to help you make the change.
