Wrong carrier identified in shipping email confirmation.

In both the email and text shipping notification (I'm using Printful btw), it sent the information and a link to UPS. However the shipment and tracking number were from the USPS. The tracking number was a pretty common type of USPS number. Now the site is linking to the wrong carrier. I'm at a loss on how to correct this?

Did you get any replies? It happens to me as well. I am in Germany and when I add tracking info, it links to GLS not Hermes!
