Wrong charge

I see i'm being charged even though i paused my store. what's the issue?

Hi, @binyan. Helen here from Shopify Support.  I’m happy to look into this for you!

 

There are two Paused plans:

 

1)  The Pause plan allows you to pause your store for up to 3 months. You are not charged a subscription fee while on this plan, and you do not have access to your account during this time either.

 

2)  The Pause and Build plan has a fee of $9/month, however you still have access to your account while on Pause and Build, so that you can continue to work on your store.

 

Do you recall which plan you had chosen?

I think I had choses the entire Pause plan. But now i do want it back on
for Pause and Build. Please advise asap. and i need a history as well.
