Can someone help me? They blocked my Shopify Payments account without explanation or reason.

In these cases it can be any number of reasons for your payouts being on hold, however we can in most cases clarify this for you.

As on the Community Forums we currently cannot access account specific information the best next step for you to take is to reach on out to our Live Support Channels Here. They will be equipped to put you in contact with our payments teams as we cannot verify your account here.
