My business partner and I just unlocked our site last Friday 10th July, we made 8 sales but were all family and friends.
We had a hold put on our payments so I clicked the link and opened a ticket last night, 13th july.
I woke up this morning to an email stating - Your business has been identified as presenting an elevated level of risk for customer disputes that we will be unable to support with Shopify Payments.
Can anyone shed some light on this?
