Your store isn’t eligible for Instagram product tagging and there isn't anything you can do about it

Thank you for the post everyone. I went to a shopify store for consultation
and a shopify agent there informed me the reason could be that my ig
account was still new. I was advice to delete my IG channel and reinstall
after my IG is a little bit more active. I will try her advice and
see what happens. Thank you so much for all the suggestions. Hopefully this
will work.

Unfortunately, Shopify support reps aren't very well versed in this issue.

Hi! 

 

I was curious what you had to do after you added the privacy and return policies to your site? Who specifically did you have to contact to get your site reviewed again and approved? I just added those sections to my site and am hoping for a positive review. Thanks!

It likely takes a lot more than that. Every store I look at has problems way beyond just adding privacy policies and return policies. There are thousands of potential flags.

But then you have to contact Facebook support directly. Some people have access to that, some don't.
