To use Instagram Shopping, your products must be sold on the website that's connected to your Instagram account. After you make that change, you’ll need to contact Facebook to submit an appeal.
It says the website is incorrect and not connected to our Instagram account but there seems to be a mistake I'm not sure why it would say that. We've verified our domain through shopify and previously we used the plateform of godaddy. and the txt has been verified on that account as well. There isn't any problems with our catalog as I can see that it has upload already 640 items from our shopify onto facebook and I can see a preview of the store as well on the facebook commerce manager settings.
If you could let me know how to fix the problem it would be great
