I need your help please, i have a problem with the shipping rates, I set up the zone as USA, when i clicked on manage rate this message is showing :
" No rates. Customers in this zone won't be able to complete checkout."
i don't know what's the problem, it used to show me a table of the rates based on weight, and the shipping fees used to added appear in check out, but now nothing and i tried to do a test order but didn't go through because the system showing that there is now carrier in the zone.
please note that i'm not setting up a custom rate for any product or zone, just need the general rate used to show in the system.
