Just to confirm did you fully delete the order and not just archive or cancel it? If an order is canceled or archived you would still be able to recover it to some degree.
One thing to remember is that once an order has been processed and gone through then it cannot be deleted. Because of that something to consider is replicating the order as a draft order from scratch again as it might make things easier to start from fresh for your records. This isn't always a possibility but it often can be and is worth exploring.
Can you let me know what you did exactly and we can see where we are and take it from there for the next step.

Hi @hrpowergpu,
The same concept would apply for draft orders also. Once they have been permanently deleted, there's no way to retrieve the order. This is touched on in the help guide Shopify has for this here.
