admin measurement issue

Hello Team,

Please Support Me I Am facing issues in the admin panel in google Crome. when I am login admin panel and go to the measurement section. after the click, the measurement section page is reloaded again and again in google Crome.it is working fine in firefox please help.

I'm not sure just yet what you mean here by the measurement section in your admin, could you specify where exactly you are navigating to after you log into your admin?

If you can detail the exact steps of where you click and navigate to, this might help us to understand the issue.

You also mentioned that this issue was present when using Chrome, but not Firefox, so if you can click on this link using the Chrome browser you have been using to access Shopify and copy and paste the short link you are given there back to us here, we can check out some info on that browser.

Let me know where you see this behaviour in your admin exactly and share the short link I mentioned above so we can dig into this together.

Hello Don,

thanks for the valuable reply but still I am facing the same issue after Clicking on the link I gave you, check the details of your browser,

and log in to the store again, but still, I am getting the same issue giving you the details of my site. Please check once.

Thanks for that reply, though in order for us to check out your browser you will actually need to share the short link you are given on that site with us here.

If you can do the following, we can check this out with you:

 

* Click on this link here.

* Copy the short link you see there by clicking 'Copy' or manually copying the text.

* Reply here with that short link (not the full link shared here, the short link you are given on that site).

 

If you can copy and paste back that short link from the external site to us here, we can check some info on your current browser.

Can you also confirm that you have cleared the cache and cookies on the Chrome browser you are using to access Shopify?

With the info outlined above, we will be better equipped to work with you on identifying what is happening in your admin currently.

Thanks for the reply I have checked by deleting the browser's cookie and cache, yet I am having the same issue, I am copying the browser link and check.please check this issue it is argent basis.

It looks like your browser is up-to-date alright, but your OS may need to be updated.

Can you check to see if your device's operating system is as up-to-date as possible and, if not, can you update it there when you get the chance?

If you've done that and you still see the issue, we can dig down into it further.

First, I would ask that you outline the specific steps you take in your admin, where you navigate to exactly, and which menu it is that is stuck in a loop for you.

Then, we would need to see some video capture of the issue, so that our tech team will be able to dig in.

You can use a free service like Screencast-o-matic to grab video capture of the issue that will enable our specialist teams to investigate further.

Let us know how you get one after updating your OS and if the issue persists, just give us the exact steps you perform in your admin to encounter this and share some video capture so we can work together with our escalated teams to investigate and resolve this for you.
