call backs-very frustrating-cant find a place to schedule a call????

i am only with Shopify for 6 weeks and at first the support is amazing-but now they cut off phone support and "claim" its better to get a call back.Only problem there is no way to schedule a call back-i am really frustrated can some please tell me where i go to schediule this call back?

What is the deal with this? I stick w/ Shopify BECAUSE of their customer service.  This is ridiculous.  Now its mission impossible to get help.

I have multiple Shopify sites and one of the main attractors to come to this marketplace platform was the customer service. If they are getting rid of phone support it may be time to look elsewhere. Up until now the customer support has been great. This morning I am having an issue with payments and cannot get support. Come on Shopify!
