can't upload documents for verification help

Hi shopify support,  Iam getting the message that my 'additional document back file upload can't be blank' , i have been uploading the correct type each type and still hasn't been activated please fix asap as I want to get my store launched.

When this error comes up, it is likely that the information shown on the documents provide does not match the information initially given to us at the time of sign up. To help get this reviewed I will need to verify the account via email. Names match a 100% not even a spelling mistake, i have send documents to review theough alternate link provided by support. Can you forward up on that please

@Peter I also have the same problem. I threw a ticket but there was no return. can you help me too I edited
