change URL

excuse me, I want to know how I can change my URL domain if it did not publish yet because I tried to go to change domain but it does not have an option to enter or add another name or domain. It is only selected currently name 

I want your help for that.

Thanks for your help firstly.
Second, I did the same steps or instructions mentioned in the link you sent
but the problem is not any blank or option to add the new domain to make
changes.
It must select the old domain and save it as a new domain without any
change.
Also in the link he did the same and the domain before changed and after
changed is same.
So the question still remains and I am waiting your help.
