code left by old apps - broken 403 link requests to external code

Is there any way to fix these broken links and remove them? These apps are no longer installed and I can't find the pages where these scripts are requested from.

You have to manually edit each files and find out code.

Is it possible they are not in the files? I tried to find them but couldn't. I looked in theme.liquid and many others.
