Good morning.  HOW DO I REACH THE SELLER/WEBSITE? 

 

I am have purchased products from a couple of different shopify sites.  I received order confirmation from one and shipping confirmation from the other.  I can not go back to their websites or view my orders.  I also do not get response from the emails listed as contact info on the confirmations.  They are still within the delivery window, as the products are coming from overseas, but I should be able to follow my orders.  AND could possibly want to order additional products.  Didn't know where else to ask.

Happy to help you out with this. As Shopify is the platform many shops use to build their website, we don’t actually manage inventory or ship orders from here ourselves. We do, instead, offer a detailed FAQ to help you with the next steps here
