ebay will not disconnect from and old Shopify account

Good Afternoon,

I keep getting this message when I try to connect my Shopify account. This is an old account and I cannot get into it to remove the eBay link up. My new shop is https://bbl-resale-refinement-boutique.myshopify.com/, is this something I can get help with?

 

The eBay account is already in use with the Shopify account full-throttle-bohemian.myshopify.com. Please use different eBay ID or disconnect from full-throttle-bohemian.myshopify.com.

Hey, @bargainbosslady!

 

Happy to help get this resolved; though, we will need to verify both accounts before the disconnection can be made. I've gone ahead and sent you two emails (one for each account). If you could reply to each email, then we can get the ball rolling on getting your eBay account disconnected.

hi !

i have the same problem to disconnect the old shopify account with ebay .

i contacted the customers service and they said the shopify team has the tools to disconnect the old account .

please help me !

Shopify can look into the account to remove the sales channel if it is still appearing; however, if it is not, and the connection issue remains, then it may require reaching out to eBay support via email (help@connectebaysupport.com) or phone (1 (855) 411-3376). For this, I have sent an email titled "Shopify Forum Support" to verify the store. I will need you to reply to the email to verify the account.
