facebook channel won't stay connected

It has been over a month now and I still cant get facebook to stay connected to my shopify accounts and I've uninstalled it and waited like 3 weeks before installing it back

I have same issue. No one from Shopify can help. Very frustrated. Tried everything on Facebook business manager, ads manager and every thing else from Facebook. Seems to be connection problem with Shopify business integration app in Facebook.

Same issue here - after removing all integrations and rebuilding to fix a different issue, facebook account disconnects shortly after connecting...  help please!

I'm having the same issue. It connects, but only stays connected for a few seconds to a few minutes and then disconnects again. I'd love some helpful tips please :-)

I am having the same issue. It has never worked correctly for me. I have read through every forum I can find and looked for answers everywhere and nothing I have tried has worked. Please help!

Hi there. Exact same issue with my store. I set up the store in Sept./Oct. and it has never stayed connected to facebook. One of the main reasons I went with Shopify was so I could set it up so I can tag my products in Instagram... obviously, without the facebook connect this isn't possible. I have read and re-read and tried everything I can find online to fix this and none of it has worked. Today I tried it again and still disconnects. Please help! Thanks :)
