facebook issue

i connect Facebook shop page
but it disconnect again and again
i added many times but after few mints it disconnect

please help me

Hey, @muhammadabidnot!

We'll want to check a few things first before we authenticate the account to have get this reviewed. If you can review the steps below, and let me know the answers to each!

1. Do you have more than one Shopify account? If yes, then the issue is likely that you have mulitple Facebook pages connected to one Business Manager account which is causing the disconnection. To fix this, you'll want to log out completely from your first Shopify store, then log into your second Shopify store to connect the second Facebook page. It would be best to do this from an incognito browser as this will avoid caching issues. 

2. Check the following settings to ensure they are correct:

Shopping Template:
- Go to the Facebook page you are an administrator for
- Click 'Settings'
- Click 'Templates and Tabs' - If this section says anything but 'Shopping', click 'Edit
- Click 'View Details' on Shopping and 'Apply Template'

Shop Tab:
- Click Settings at the top-right corner of your Facebook Page.
- Then click Templates and Tabs from the menu on the left.
- Click the Add a Tab button and click Add Tab next to the Shop option.

Published Page:
- Click Settings at the top of your Page
- From General, click Page Visibility
- Click the setting to "Page published"
- Click Save Changes

3. Make sure your page roles show "admin" and not "Custom." You can check the page role by going to Facebook Page/Settings/Page Roles. If it does show custom, you'll want to process the following steps:
