Pls, help!! Our payout is on pending It was scheduled for 10/15 but it is changed to pending.
Now there is no payout schedule and keep pending payout.
But we already shipped the product to the customer.
What they are the pending payout and when I can get the payout balance?

It is relate to the tracking number? Because customer asks to use a specific shipment company, they pick it up.So we didn't put tracking number.

That does sound a bit concerning, but I'm hopeful I can help clear up any confusion! It is hard to say why the payout would have changed status mid-week, but I suspect that there may have been a delay in processing with the bank. If you go to Settings/Payment Provider, does the payout still show as pending, or does it show in transit? As the 15th was close to the weekend, there is a good chance the payout has been sent, but we're waiting on the next business day for it to be processed. If the payout doesn't show "in transit" then I can verify the store to take a look.
