I'm sorry to hear that you would like to delete your store. How was your experience using the Shopify platform? If there's any feedback you would like to provide I'd be happy to pass this along to the team!
If your store is frozen, then it's already cancelled. You won't be charged for anything until you re-select a plan and reactivate your store. To do this, you will need to log back into the store and enter your payment details/select a plan. If you decide to reactivate the store at a later stage, your bills won't increase either. You will be charged for anything that was previously owed on the account (before the account froze). You are always welcome to create a new store (here) instead if you would prefer.
