Hey @osamanw,

You can go to Settings > Sales Channels and delete your old stores.

No dear , it is not there , 

 

when i log on with my account , i still see the old stores i created long time ago .

 

these are the ones i need to delete ...

first of all , i thank you for your reply dear , 

 

2nd , i tried to go the steps mentioned , but all i can find is my existing account , but sometimes when i log in with my email i see the screen below :

these are old accounts that i need to get rid of , any idea of how to do that ?

Hey @osamanw,

Got your problem, This should help.

Click on your profile pic on the top right > Choose "Your Account" > Under that you'll find the list of stores managed under this account. Simply select the old store and select exclude from Shopify ID.
This would remove the store from your email id

Did these stores happen to be setup with different email addresses?

Though afaik any closed, or frozen store should not be showing up in that list, or in the admin dropdown if your also seeing them there:

For anyone else if @Vignesh96 recommendation does not work you may need to contact support directly as the docs note it's not "easy" to remove stores this way:

Note

After you've set up a Shopify ID, it is not easy to go back to separate logins, or to remove a store from the Shopify ID. Make sure that before you start, you change the email addresses for the stores that you don't want to include when you set up the Shopify ID.

it is not there , and when i access the accounts it keeps taking me to a page or i need to pick a payment plan .

 

these old stores are linked to my email , but i am stuck in trying to get rid of them .

 

i e-mailed the support people more than once , but obviously they are still in deep sleep !!!!

There is a pandemic expect response delays

 

Doubt it's a cookie problem but you could check with incognito or private mode in your browser to see if they are still there or not /shrug 

(disable ablockers as well)

 

Otherwise you need to wait on support to walk you through whatever weirdness is going on here
