In the blog we have tons of examples and strategies that you can use to grow your business and reach new heights. In short, getting your store started does require some significant research and work, but there are resources out there to give you a hand with this.
As for your question about PayPal, generally speaking folks can pay with credit cards through PayPal without issue. However, for bank transfers, you will need to use an offline gateway that is listed as "Other Ways To Pay" in your Settings>Checkout menu. You will have to include instructions for your customers to pay for goods purchased through your shop so that you can receive timely payment for orders placed with that payment method.

I'm not too sure about this one. I was able to successfully issue a crawl request to Google. It originally errored out, but when I added an http:// to the site address the crawl was submitted successfully.
The same is true for Bing-- adding an http:// seemed to do the trick.
Now that your sites have been crawled, it can take quite some time before your site is fully indexed by Google and Bing. However, patience will pay out dividends here, and now that you're submitted to Google, you can start working on Search Engine Optimization, or SEO, and try to bring your rankings up.
