In order to consider a refund, you would need to make sure that your store is canceled. We wouldn't be able to close the account in full for you here, however, you should be able to close the account by following the steps below:
1. Log in to the admin section of your store.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Next, click Plan and Permissions.
4. From there, Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Close my Store".
Once you have canceled the store, let me know the MyShopify URL for that store here, and I'll email the account owner's email address with more information about the invoice.
