how to refund a shopify subscription

Hello, I was planning to close the shop on the morning of 8th of november, where it was shown that the plan will be renewed in the evening of the 8th. I would like to ask for a refund, and i would not mind closing the shop as a verfication method as i was willing to do so.

Cal here from Shopify, thanks for reaching out to us. I'd be happy to investigate this invoice with you. 

In order to consider a refund, you would need to make sure that your store is canceled. We wouldn't be able to close the account in full for you here, however, you should be able to close the account by following the steps below:

1. Log in to the admin section of your store.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Next, click Plan and Permissions.
4. From there, Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Close my Store".

Once you have canceled the store, let me know the MyShopify URL for that store here, and I'll email the account owner's email address with more information about the invoice.

i just closed my store and was logged out.

the myshopify domain name is : octomoodtoys.myshopify.com

the email of the shop: octomoodhq@gmail.com
