i can't access the store i created

In May I created store in trial and entered CC details and have selected the $79 subscription

I now can't get to the store admin and it says my email is not connected with shopify

I can't find any numbers or email addresses to ask shopify for help either

That is strange, I can see the email in my sent folder so it was definitely sent. Could you make sure you are checking the correct email account? It was sent to the email account you would use to log into the Community here and your Shopify store! These emails can also show up in the spam folder, so it is worth checking there too. 

If you still cannot see my email and it is not in the spam folder, I would recommend reaching out to our live chat service here for faster support. The team there will be able to authenticate you and take a closer look at your account to ensure you can log in. It may also be worthwhile to contact your email provider so they can whitelist Shopify's IP address, just in case emails from our servers are accidentally being marked as spam and you are not receiving them.
