I'm sorry to hear that you would like to close your store. If you would like to close it now, you should be able to do so as shown in this guide.

We will need to verify the account and review your store in full but you will need to close the account first. After you have closed the store, please contact our Support as mentioned above (live chat, phone, email or Facebook) and we will be able to review your past invoices in full.

I can see that you never cancelled your store nor reached out to our Support directly so your account is still active and no refund has been issued. You would need to close your account first as I previously mentioned above. After that, please contact our Support directly here and we will review your account in regards to a possible refund.
