Thanks! Have you removed the records (both A and CNAME records) that are present in your third party domain host dashboard? If not, could you remove the records, and then try to connect your domain to your new platform?
I have linked my domain to shopify but have decided to not use shopify because it is not feasible for me. Now how do i get my domain back so it is not linked to shopify store. I just used the 14 day trial and never went past that. domain is www.watatime.co.za. my email is email@example.com
