item cannot be shipped to your address

I don't know what I have or haven't done to cause this issue. When I added my dropshipping products, the manufacturer said they ship to Canada (where I live), but when I try to checkout, it still takes my payment from my card, but when I try to "check out" on Spoecket (dropshipping app) it says I can't because it does not ship to customer's location. I am very confused, please help!

Have you tried reaching out directly to Spocket or the manufacturer of the product? They would be best equipped to answer your question.
