It sounds like you should have received an email with the subject line 'Urgent: Temporary Account Suspension' that has all of the details to your account owner's email address. Please refer to and direct all queries about this through that email.

I need to speak with someone, I never received an email about a temporary suspension. The customer came and picked up the product from me, I need my money to be released to me!
