I did not know that my billing details expired and my site was off line for 3 months.
I have now been able to log into the admin but for some strange reason the site is not showing. I did everything it says its active but when i type in www.kookima.com its not showing. it says error site cant be reached.

I am glad you managed to log into your store again. I tried to visit your store too and I received an error message that I believe has something to do with your domain. Can you send me a screenshot from your domain panel in the Shopify admin and I will take a closer look for you? You can do this by clicking 'online store' > 'domains'.
