need to directly contact shopify

Hello, I'm really finding it impossible to contact anyone at shopify. My store has been offline for a while, I want to reinstate it but i can't log back in and you need to be able to login to contact customer support via chat or in any other way. Please could you contact me as I'm at my wits end about how to fix this. Thanks

I'm sorry to hear that you have been having trouble connecting with our support. Could you tell me more about what is stopping you from logging in? Is there an error appearing? To connect with our support does not require you to log in as you should see the option to continue without logging in:

Using this option should connect you with our chat and email support; however, if you're unable to see this option then you can also reach out to us on Facebook and Twitter. We have dedicated support members available on social media that would be happy to help get this resolved. I'd also be happy to help you here if you can provide further details on the issue.

Hi Peter, thanks for coming back to me. I tried to login and i get an error
message saying you don't have access to this store. Contact the
administrator. I am and always have been the administrator. I just want to
pay my bill and get my shop back running. Please please please can someone
email me directly. I have tried to get the chat support and it
automatically asks for my account and says I am locked out - I have tried
this many different ways and I am so frustrated and also have run out of
things to try. Please help!!!!@@@ thanks, jennifer
