I am struggling to understand why the order count on the analytics sales report and orders detail page is different for the same day?
Does anyone has any idea what I might be missing. I am seeing 130 order on the orders page but in the sales report i am seeing 128. If i look into every order two orders have a status of partial refunded.
Is it that partial refunded are not counted in the order count in analytics?

The order status page shows that 130 orders were placed in your store. However, the sales report shows that two orders are incomplete and therefore are not included in your overall sales report.

Hello @Hyde apologies but I don't understand that.
When i try to see the orders all of them are mentioned as fulfilled/paid. I can't find any order with status other than paid.
Also, how can i find out the incomplete orders please
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you! If an order is partially fulfilled it is not considered a completed order, so it would not be displayed in the analytics. It will appear in your orders, though. More information on that here. It is possible to filter your reports. Here's a video of me editing the sales report to include different columns, as well as indicating where the filters are.
