I need help to fix a problem with notifications emails. I have all my details up to date in all of the settings I can find, but I received an email from a customer showing the order confirmation and the template showed all outdated details and old logo.
It has an unusual order number, not consistent with Shopify #1000 format, and mailing address that was changed a long time ago.
Can anyone point me in the right direction. I checked and reviewed all notification email options and none of them look anything like the email sent to me by the customer.

Check the order status in your Shopify store and whether the order exists with that serial number. Maybe the customer placed the order when you still had the old details? Try checking the date of the order.
Otherwise you have to be careful with such kind of emails that can be harmful .

From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Notifications.
In the Orders section, click Draft order invoice.
Replace the code in the Email body (HTML) section with your customized template.
You need to add your company address detail in HTML coding (Developer can do for you)
