overlay opacity not showing on mobile for slideshow

Hi,

If you view my website on desktop, the slideshow will show and the text is clear. However, if you view it on mobile, the text on the slideshow is not clear because the opacity in the background is not there. How do I make it the same as the desktop and increase the opacity to 30% so the text is easy to read?

I'm using minimal theme.
